When you enter from Canterbury Road, follow the signs to The Loft, which is the top level of the carpark. This is the closest carpark to Birdies Mini Golf.

No. Birdies Mini Golf does not have a dress code. We want all guests to feel comfortable in the venue – just be dressed to make sure you can get your best putt on when playing golf! High heels will make mini golf challenging and a little unstable, so flat shoes are best.

We accept payments for bookings online as well as at the venue. Payments can be made in cash or by card. We accept all debit and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The time to allow, depends on how many people are in your playing group. If there are children in your group, you will need to allow a little longer. If there are two people, 18 holes will take about 45 mins, depending on how busy it is.

We welcome kids of all ages into our venue until 8pm each day. Under 18s are welcome in the venue without a parent or guardian before 8pm. While unaccompanied minors and under 18’s are permitted, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yes, we comply with all government mandates. You need to be fully vaccinated to come to Birdies and a friendly team member will ask to see your vaccination certificate when you arrive. We hope you understand that our goal is to ensure everyone has a fun and healthy time at Birdies.

We recommend booking online to secure your round of mini golf, especially during peak hours. However, you can just walk in and check when the next tee time is. We hold back a portion of our tee times specifically for walk-in guests.

Birdies Mini Golf welcomes groups of all sizes. Groups will be divided into sets of four (4) to play the course, but no group is too big. Enquire with our events team if you’re looking for a bespoke event package via email at events@birdiesminigolf.com.au.

The mini golf price includes your 18 holes as well as the putter and ball, for use on the course. It also includes a drink - for adults this is a schooner of any of our 12 beers on tap or a soft drink. You are welcome to upgrade to a spirit, wine or tap cocktail for a nominal charge. Please note that due to the value of our TaylorMade putters, we request that we hold your driver's licence for the duration of your game. This is returned when you return the putters. If you'd prefer not to provide us with your licence, we can pre-authorise a $100 deposit per player on your credit card at arrival. This is released when you return the putters.

Arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking so we can make sure your group are all registered and ready for tee off. However, feel free to join us earlier for some food and drinks!

You will receive the gift card via email. Alternatively, you can enter the email details of the recipient of the gift and we can email it directly to them on your behalf.

Gift cards purchased online cannot be redeemed for 48 hours after the time of purchase to allow for payment processing and card delivery.

All gift cards are valid for three years (36 months) from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be partially redeemable. Within the card’s 36-month validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at our venue. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.

Yes, Birdies accepts Forest Hill Chase gift cards. Any Forest Hill Chase gift cards purchased on or after July 1 2018 is valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Any pre-existing activated cards purchased before this date will hold their original 12 month validity. Please be aware of the Forest Hill Chase gift card's remaining balance before making a purchase - if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
